Aquagga, founded 2019, provides solutions for industrial wastewater treatment to destroy environmental contaminants including PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkalyl substances). Its Hydrothermal Alkaline Treatment (HALT) process can be integrated with various wastewater treatment processes such as reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and regenerable ion exchange resins.
The HALT destruction technology is effective against several chains of PFAS, including long- and short-chain PFAS.
