In March of 2025, KPS Capital Partners completed the purchase of INEOS Enterprise’s composites business, naming the new business Alta Performance Materials. The composites business has 17 sites and 3 technology centres across Europe, North and South America, Asian and the Middle East, and its sale was completed for 1.7bn Euros.

It provides materials to produce fiber-reinforced plastics for corrosive streams in water treatment and chemical processing. The company is a global leader in the production unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and gelcoats for composite plastics, and its product brands include AME™, AROTRAN™, AROPOL™, ENGUARD™, MAXGUARD™, MODAR™, HETRON™, NEULON™, POLARIS™ and DERAKANE™. Its products provide characteristics including corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and water and chemical resistance.
