Its solutions allow clients to reuse water, improve operational efficiencies and reduce their environmental footprints. The company provides modular liquid waste treatment systems and delivers water treatment technology for PFAS remediation using ion exchange resins, with offerings applicable to both long- and short-chain PFAS molecules.

Strategy

A key focus for SciDev has been on the rapidly growing European and North American PFAS treatment sector. Recently, SciDev secured two contracts in Europe to provide a containerized PFAS treatment system. The first was a $500K contract with Swedish Hydro solutions AB for a project which began operations in December 2024. The second was a contract secured in January 2025 with a British blue-chip oil and gas customer.

Additionally, in March 2025 the company secured their first contract with the United States of America, a $396K contract for PFAS remediation on U.S. Department of Defense sites, treating up to 190,000 litres of contaminated water across four installations in the Southern US. This marks a significant step into their expansion into the U.S. water technology sector.
