Hansung Cleantech CO (HASCO), established 1990, is a full-service environmental consulting and management company that provides complete solutions for water treatment in the semiconductor industry. HASCO provides services for membrane technologies such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, membrane electrolysis and electrodialysis. It also offers ion exchange technologies, including condensate treatment packages, mixed bed polishing units. Hansung Cleantech CO provides complete solutions for ultrapure water treatment, make-up section, polishing, distribution loops, reclaiming wastewater and wastewater treatment.

From 2021 to 2025 the company has carried out an R&D Project for Localization of Ultrapure Water, building the Gumi demonstration plant and working with the Korean Ministry of Environment, and receiving investment from the 'National R&D for Ultra-Pure Water Localization'. The goal of the first phase is to localize the technology by 2025, establish a stable supply chain for the semiconductor industry, and lay the foundation for related industries to enter the global market.
