GreenTech Environmental is a Chinese water treatment company focused on advanced water treatment and industrial wastewater reuse. Its Singapore subsidiary, BlueNexus Technologies, was established in 2023 to support its international business. GreenTech develops both conventional treatment plants and factory-prefabricated modular systems using membrane processes such as ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis to produce high-quality reclaimed water.

For semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, GreenTech's main relevance is water reuse. Its systems take secondary-treated municipal or industrial wastewater and further treat it for reuse as manufacturing water, reducing dependence on freshwater supplies. Current projects include reclaimed-water systems serving electronics, PCB, photovoltaic and semiconductor-related users. For example, its Wuxi Anzhen project supplies 5,000 m³/day to users including XinDong Semiconductor Technology, while its Wuxi Jianding project supplies 2,500 m³/day to Tripod Electronics.

A notable electronics project is the 5,000 m³/day Henan Lankao plant serving Foxconn/Fulian Technology. Secondary municipal effluent is treated in a factory-prefabricated UF/RO system on a 370 m² footprint. BlueNexus reports a 15-day turnkey delivery, autonomous operation through its AquaX Robot AI system, and freshwater savings of up to 90% at the electronics manufacturing site. The project received a Gold Award in the 2026 Hon Hai Foxconn Sustainability Innovation Awards.
