Many fabs already contain significant reclaimable water in their wastewater streams. This presentation describes a brownfield project at a Singapore semiconductor fab where stream segregation and high-recovery treatment created a 90 m³/h reclaim opportunity, delivered under a 10-year design-build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) model. It covers the fab's water conservation journey, the treatment train combining ceramic membranes, catalytic carbon, and RO, and how BOOT models help fabs implement reuse without upfront capital investment.
