Bob is an environmental and supply chain consultant, and formerly a Senior Technologist at Intel Corporation, with a demonstrated history of working within the semiconductor and electronics industries to drive fundamental sustainability improvements. He is skilled in Sustainability, ESH Research, Environmental Awareness, EHS Management Systems, Green Chemistry, Corporate Social Responsibility, Regulatory Evaluation, Nanomaterials, and Root Cause Analysis. He has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering - focused on Semiconductor Processing and Manufacturing, from Arizona State University, holder of seven patents in semiconductor process technology and waste management systems, author of three publications regarding Conflict Minerals, Semiconductor EHS Strategy, and Photocatalytic Oxidation of TCE, and presenter of many invited industry talks on Responsible/Conflict Minerals, EHS topics, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

She is an environmental engineer with a background in sustainable construction and manufacturing, including low-carbon materials and decarbonizing industrial operations. At Lam, Sara drives the Net Zero program towards Lam’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets.

Mike serves as Teradyne’s Platform Product Manager, bringing experience in product management, technical management, and system development across multiple industries, including Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Aerospace, Industrial Instrumentation, and Life Sciences.  He is dedicated to enhancing product capabilities that deliver value to customers, including operational efficiency and sustainability, and working closely with customers and development teams to understand and solve complex problems. His commitment to creating impactful solutions drives his collaborative approach and innovative thinking.

Mike’s involvement with the SEMI sustainability initiatives began in 2021 with the Sustainability Advisory Council and has continued since.  He is presently a co-lead for the SEMI SCC Scope 3 Working Group.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science.

Jeff has spent most of his 16-year career in the semiconductor industry working in EHS compliance, environmental risk, and sustainability areas. He has focused on greenhouse gas and water as most critical topics within the environmental space, looking to reduce the industry's footprint, reduce risk, and move to a more sustainable future. He is currently the Director of Environmental Sustainability & Net Zero at ASM, where he works with key stakeholders around the globe to help ASM and their value chain achieve their goal of Net Zero GHG by 2035 across all Scopes 1, 2, & 3. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Biological & Environmental Engineering, and an M.S. from Rice University in Environmental Science and Engineering.
