Jacobs Solutions, an engineering consultancy company founded 1947, is active across many sectors, and offers design and engineering solutions to the advanced manufacturing market. The company plans, select sites, designs, engineers, oversees construction and completes operations for clients in the semiconductor industry, and has served the top ten semiconductor manufacturers for 30 years.

Jacobs provides solutions from process design consulting to integrated engineering, procurement and construction management services, in addition to digital technologies including smart sensors, a digital twin software platform, predictive analytics and Intelligent O&M predictive tools for water and wastewater staff. It offers fully integrated design-build and design-build-operate capabilities for complex water challenges.

In 2021, Jacobs engineered Intel's two new fabs located on its Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona, completing site master planning and concept and supporting programming and early construction packages.

In 2024, Jacobs was awarded a contract by CG SemiPrivate Limited for the engineering design of their new Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Sanand, Gujrat in India.
