Founded in 2014, Automated Engineering Services (AES) offers systems integration and engineering solutions, from process development to full-scale manufacturing. The company specialises in services for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, but is also involved in the microelectronics industry, particularly through commissioning, fabrication and installation of instrumentation. In 2019, AES acquired Process Integration - a representative of Mettler Toledo, Microfluidics and Aber products – expanding its analytical instrumentation and control systems portfolio. AES’ analytical products include transmitters and sensors for parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, total organic carbon, sodium silica, chloride and sulphate. Though primarily operating in the US, the company also has a European office in Switzerland.
